How to apply for a PDC... #VTU students only

Steps :

1. Print out the application form ( the above image ).
2. Obtain a DD of Rs. 200/- drawn in favor of
                  The Finance Officer, VTU
                   payable at Belgaum.
3. Fill up the form with your details.
4. Write your details: Name, USN, cell phone number etc. behind the DD.
5. Put your DD and your application form in an envelope.
6. Send the envelope to 
             Office of the Registrar (Evaluation), 
             Visvesvaraya Technological University,
             Jnana Sangama, Belgaum – 590018,  
             Karnataka, India
7. And send it as a speed post only...
8. Why speed post?? So that one can trace it :)
9. Done!! You might receive your brand new PDC .
