Beer : Kingfisher , Fosters , Carlsberg , Haywards ....well the list goes on for there are so many brandname for BEER...its one of the most common alcoholic drink available and consumed as well. For most people out there beer is considered an inferior to other alcoholic drinks like wine or whiskey , yes it surely is one of the most looked down drink also sometimes termed as a ladies drink so only its always kept away from the so called 'hot ' drinks. Actually my blog concerns to those people who think consuming alcohol is not good for health . According to a study beer is one of the most healthiest drink i mean alcoholic drinks available. Even i never knew anything about this until i read an article about it so thought of spreading the good news. So the medical benefits are Beer contains absolutely no fat or cholesterol , yes it doesnt have fat contents and no kobbu also in it yippe!! Its a proven fact that beer controls blood sugar levels and stimulates the appetite. For the best examples meet a person who s just had couple of beers . You ll surely observe the sweetness in his or her words. It works the same manner as a lubricant works for the engine. Its gets the better of us in situations when shyness or fear creeps in. Beer contains vitamin B6 , which prevents the accumulation of amino acids , for those who dont know biology like me amino acids are responsible for heart related diseases. So for a healthy heart drink beer...lolz... Moreover Beer has a relaxing and soothing effect on the vascular and nervous system. For experiencing this just sip on cold beer during the night on ur terrace you would know wat i exactly mean. After gulping couple of beer i cant guarantee how balanced u ll be but it ll help u maintain a balanced diet for sure. Study reveals that Beer is rich in fibre , anti oxidents which are easily absorbed by our body and minerals like silicon which helps in lowering the risk of osteoporosis( its somethin related to bones). Funny part when ever u lose ur balance there s a ready excuse just blame is on the booze thats got u loose .... And now the serious part the above mentioned benefits are valid only is BEER IS CONSUMED IN MODERATE LEVELS. Anything in excess in not good for u as well as for ur health. Ok. For a typical indian the food consumed by him or her also provides the above mentioned benefits and much more also without having u hooked on to or give u a beer belly:) so dont make this an excuse for u to go out and get boozed up. Remember only moderate intake of beer has a lot of benefits. And anything in excess leads to liver damage and much more...
